What is a Community Action Plan?

A Community Action Plan is a document created by a community, through widespread consultation, to identify the key assets, challenges and priorities of a local area. It serves as a roadmap for community-led development, outlining future projects and actions aimed at addressing local needs, solving problems, and achieving long-term improvements in the wellbeing of residents.
