Community Councils were set up by Aberdeenshire Council in 2001 to consult with the local community and make known to the local authority and other public bodies the views of local people on all matters affecting them. Aberdeenshire Council, in turn, has a duty to consult community councils on how local services are delivered and other issues affecting our local area.
Feughside Community Council serves the communities of Strachan, Auchattie, Blackhall, Tilquhillie and Glendye. |
