Following the dissolution of FWCC into two new Community Councils, applications are now being sought for projects in the newly formed Feughside Community Council area. Closing date for applications is 1st March, 1st July and 1st October 2021.
Applications by community organisations requesting funding may be made at any time and a review of applications will be made three times per annum on 1st March, 1st July and 1st October providing there are sufficient funds available. A decision on whether to support applications and the amount of funding recommended will be made by FCC at the end of month meeting. Advice will be provided by a Sub-Committee comprised of three FCC members and five representatives of the communities which it serves. All applications along with recommendations will be forwarded to Natural Power, a subsidiary of Fred Olsen Renewables. Provided that they are in agreement with the recommendations, Natural Power will approve and distribute funds directly to the applicant/s. The process from application to successful applicants receiving funds is expected to take approximately 6 months.

Support the "Portrait of our time" outdoor nativity play
Support the Strachan village youth group
Refurbish and restore the Inchmarlo Lesser hall
Conduct further repairs on the Strachan village hall roof
No application is too large or too small, so whether your idea is to provide a contribution towards a larger community project or to fund a small local initiative, all applications submitted will be considered.
